I visited the Smoothie King at 1205 E. Arkansas Ln. in Grand Prairie on June 13th approximately 3:40 PM and I have to say I was very very disappointed in the customer service. Nadia was rude from the sour look on her face, to her getting annoyed because I gave her my phone to scan for my reward points, I was not greeted with a hello nor a thank you.
