I had a great experience at the Smoothie King inside Our Lady of the Lake. The service was fast and efficient, which I really appreciated, especially during a busy day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s always nice to be greeted with a positive attitude, and they definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be returning!
Friendly and fast service
12 pm on Saturday 4-11 Female worker was very rude when taking my order. Does not like her job. Rude to her male co-worker. She let him kno she was going somewheres, he didn’t respond. I guess he didn’t hear her. So he loudly and rudely says “DID YOU HEAR ME!?!” And walks off. There is now multiple people waiting to order and the male co-worker is by himself.
I work in the hospital I came on today January 9th around 8. The employee Jordyn and the guy with the dreads greeted me & made me feel welcome . But it had an employee named d’shaylynn who made me & im sure the other people feel uncomfortable. I understand you’re getting ready to close in 2 hours but cursing & complaining about the job you applied for is insane ! She also seemed to be taking whatever she had going on out on her coworkers! I never have an issue with smoothie king but tonight was insane !
