We arrived at around 1:30PM and it was SLAMMED! Online orders, drive thru, and walk in! There were only 3 people working. We don’t live close to a smoothie king and so it was a pretty important stop. We ended up needing to wait for about 20mins and the entire time, the staff worked tirelessly to make sure everyone was taken care of. They were patient and kind and very even headed:).
Smoothie King at Castroville consistently delivers excellent smoothies with fresh ingredients and great flavor. Service is always fast and efficient, even during busy times. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides great customer service, making the experience enjoyable every visit. I appreciate how attentive and professional the team is. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality smoothies and quick service.
Wow! What can I say, the service is by far, the nicest, and most helpful of any location I’ve been to so far. Who knew that smoothie king offered a pup cup?!? My dog loved every last drop. The manager Latrice was super helpful and knowledgeable, giving several recommendations to cater to mine, my bf & my son’s taste buds. Went to the drive thru got my order and when I got home I checked my receipt and the girl gave herself a $3 tip. I didn’t appreciate that because she didn’t ask me if I could give her one just automatically did it on her own. I think they should ask first.
Smoothies are delicious, but I'll admit Acai bowls are my absolute favorite! I always look forward to visiting the Castroville location. It's consistently spotless, and the staff always goes above and beyond.
