The smoothies at Smoothie King are fantastic—fresh, tasty, and exactly what I was hoping for. They offer a great variety, and the quality of the drinks really stands out. However, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. As my wife is new to the place, she had a few questions, but the staff didn’t seem very approachable or welcoming. Got here at 8:56pm, people were inside, I know, they close at 9, the guy said we couldnt order so we turned around. No big deal! But then there was a guy in his car who asked if we were able to be served we said no, and he proceeded to tell us he had the worst experience while here. He said the server was rude and rolled his eyes at him when he came in 12 minutes before close. I wanted a p b sizzle bowl recently. It was almost 830 pm. I was right by this SK so I thought wonderful! However after I ordered i was told "We don't make bowls after 830 because they take too long" Really? I was the only person in the store. I won't be back.
