I placed an online order for pickup on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10:21 AM (Order #37587048855896068). When I arrived at the Smoothie King on University Blvd., the store was closed—lights off, doors locked, no staff. Yet the app now shows my order as “Completed,” even though I never got it. No one answers the phone either. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. Smoothie King corporate—please look into this and issue a refund.
Love this location. Friendly staff and very clean!
