I’m here 3-5 days out of the week. The staff is great, smoothies taste better than other Snoothie Kings I go to and they are happy to explain any questions you may have about the rewards system. 10/10 recommend.
The lady behind the counter working was all alone. She had a smile on her face and was able to work as quick as possible, all while having a positive attitude. My issue was that since she was the only person working it took us 40 minutes to receive our smoothies. This is not her fault but the institutions fault. There is no reason that she should be the only one working a lunch shift on a Sunday. Shame on smoothie king to allow this. Someone needs to give the lady working a raise or promotion!
