Writing as a delivery driver - I had a TERRIBLE service experience at this Smoothie King location! I had a mid-afternoon pickup a couple days ago. The place was nearly empty - just me and one other customer and two employees. The customer in front of me was having issues with their payment method. This took several minutes to resolve by the cashier. Meanwhile, the entire time I waited, the second employee (wearing a long sleeve shirt titled "TEAM CAPTAIN") steadfastly refused to even make eye contact with me, busying herself... read more
