Great smoothies and great service.
Each time i come portions get smaller and smaller. Ordered double strawberry and barely had any. Asked for manager and the blonde woman had condescending non chalant attitude . Very low people management skills. Customer service should be first priority, she egregiously lacked that. Probably wont come back
Love this store. Owner is so polite and engaging with guests; I thought he was one of the kids . I’m happy we have a Smoothie King in our area!!!
Evening & Nightshift no problems. But morning crew, no customer service skills, no 'good morning' no 'welcome to smoothie king' nothing. I was waiting for someone to be available to take my order. Another customer walks in and is greeted and serviced befor me. I'll stick to afternoons and evenings.
Very clean establishment including the bathrooms . I got a coupon in the mail and came for the first time.
