Drive thru is always slow. I came in 50 minutes before closing at 7:10 and the doors are locked and chairs are already put up?

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Today, I drove through the drive-thru and ordered a medium banana strawberry smoothie. However, when I pulled up to the window to pay and collect my drink, nobody ever came to assist me. I sat there waiting for over 10 minutes, and not a single employee showed up or acknowledged me.This is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
