FIRST TIME HERE AND WHAT A TERRIBLE VISIT!! Placed an online order at 8:29pm took me 10 minutes to drive up there. When I arrived, it seemed the establishment was closed. On the app and online it states you all close at 9pm. Upon arrival, there was another customer ahead of me banging on the drive-thru window because she as well placed an online order. I ordered a smoothie online. When I went to pick it up through the drive through the young girl said she was making it. I drove up to the window where there was a sign saying the store was closing at 5:30 pm. It was after 5:30. Then the store worker said to me that it wasn't working to make the smoothie - whatever that meant. Then she asked what I wanted to do. Really?!? I told her I wanted a refund. First time visit today. Ordered an Acai bowl with strawberries and bananas. The gentleman put my entire bowl together without wearing gloves. He cut the banana and strawberries, placed it in my bowl without wearing gloves. I own a restaurant and you’ll never see any our cooks handling for without wearing gloves. Obviously he wasn’t trained properly or just doesn’t care. I sat inside to eat my bowl and continued to watch him prepare other items without gloves. Hopefully the owner sees this

Slowest service its beeen over 15 min in a drove thru-at the window and i still dont have a drink now there is 4 cars behind me staff is walking slow and not seeming to care
