I ordered my smoothie as soon as they opened through the app as I was sitting outside the door in my car. I gave 5 minutes to go in to pick it up. The store was empty but the 2 employees. No Good Morning, no greeting at all. I announced that I was here to pick up my order. They started smiling at each other and immediately jumped to look for my order…they hadn’t even acknowledged my order at all. No apologies or anything for missing my order. First, when I walked in you can tell the store is well organized, clean, and smells phenomenal. They are polite and greet you even while making an order. I believe the manager name is Michael and he is connoisseur when it comes to a SMOOTHIE.
