Hire people with some personality. This is in Roanoke/Trophy Club where people expect "small town nice" and unfortunately, the staff they have decided to be good representation of the company made this a one-and-done experience. Bunch of grumps who seem annoyed at the very people they are serving.
Makenna was very rude! Didn’t want to take our order, didn’t fill our drinks up and was not pleasant.
Great location. If they make a mistake, they’ll make it right.
