By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a drive thru. A young woman working the drive thru 9/6 with dark brown hair was extremely rude to us while trying to order and even worse once we got to the window stating they close in 2 minutes and she won't take payment after 8pm. Needless to say we wont be back to this smoothie king. If youre the Operations Manager of this SK, I would be embarrassed of this employees behavior. Solid experience, got blender mogged and a 32 chocolate hulk add peanut butter, guy was super cool, told me about their blenders since I was asking.
chill employees, one of them even helped me pick a smoothie that wouldn't interfere with my medication. they do free up-sizes for smoothies on Fridays, too.
