Horrible experience with young lady at drive through. She was rude and used profane language that was unnecessary. Also when I asked her if they used vegan powder her response was “that’s what you asked for right” rude rude rude
I ordered the PB Delight. Asked for no berries and requested they be substituted for granola. They added even less granola than usual. The customer service needs improvement.
The manager thinks she owns Smoothie king. Refused to sell me my regular goto meal replacement 2 to 3x a week. One of my first jobs was closing manager of smoothie king back in 1997-1999. I was barely 16 and drove a black 1993 MR2k Turbo T-top... and even then I knew being abrasive in a professional setting during a transaction didn't work for me.
