The manager who was working Friday 4/17/26 at about 10am is extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked any indication that she received any training on helping or servicing customers. ordered a açaí cocoa haze and it was more empty than anything, mind you I asked for extra toppings and I left a tip. First and last time going to this location, other locations have always done me right.
I was there with my kids, ordering a smoothie for them after school, and when I placed the order, the girls who worked there wouldn't make it because a big rat was on the floor by the blenders. I felt bad for them because they didn't know how to handle the situation, and still made my smoothie while being scared of the rat. At that time, I didn't want my smoothie, and I felt bad for my kids because they really wanted it, so I wanted to pay for it. I will not go back there again🤢
