THEY STOLE MY MONEY TO GET A TIP! Check your receipt! They added a tip to my charge that I didn't authorize. The computer said one price, but when I tapped to pay, it charged more than what was on the computer. When I looked at my receipt, it charged a 15% tip. I never touched the screen, I tapped to pay. How else did the 15% tip get added? Placed an online order for pickup at 9:02am. To my surprise when I arrived at the location, the doors were locked, lights off and they were closed. The sign on the door says 8 as well as the website. Got a phone call from the store at 9:40 they were about to start on my order, which I’d already made other food arrangements for my team. Girl on the phone assured me I would get my refund and she needed to have the owner take care of it on his end. Here we are a week later and I still haven’t received my $50.38 refund.
