I ordered directly from the Smoothie King website, and the delivery was handled by DoorDash. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered. According to the store, the DoorDash driver picked up the order, but it was then marked as canceled, and I never received anything. DoorDash confirmed that the money was refunded to Smoothie King, not to me. El domingo 27 tuve en este smoothie y había una señora q no le pregunté su nombre que nunca había visto me atendió muy bien me sugerio que comprarme pues tenía mucha hambre y ella fue especial conmigo me ayudó a escoger lo mejor muchas gracias señora

I showed up at Smoothie King expecting to be in and out quickly so I could get to work on time. Instead, the doors didn’t open until 7:46. Between 7:30 and 7:43 I called the store 11 times with no response, then stood knocking at the door. Only as I turned back to my car did the employee unlock the door, saying, “sorry I was late.” Being 5, 10, even 15 minutes late is one thing, but opening nearly 40 minutes late is unacceptable. My time matters too, and this delay made me late for work.
