Waited over 10 minutes to get service in an empty store. All I could hear were two employees singing at their loud music behind the store. Yielded several times and they couldn’t hear me. This happened on 7/13/26 at around 13:40
Awesome employees at this place. I was here a Saturday. Employee Valentina was working alone and there were many customers ordering smoothie but she worked like a champ. Came back after being outside on a muggie day hoping to find a cold AC and was told he couldn’t change the temperature.
Today was the second time we visited any Smoothie King and today we stopped over the Doral store #1092. Emilio provided outstanding customer service and we will become regular customers because of his outgoing attitude and great attention to details.
