Finally! A place with young kids working who actually take pride in their work. So many places with young kids that want to be anywhere else but work.
No customer priority. Won’t be back to this location. I stood around for 30 minutes for my mobile order. It wasn’t mad that it was slow, the problem was none of the workers asked what my name was and what order I had when I was CLEARLY waiting on a smoothie for 30+ minutes. I saw my order ticket sitting on the counter and there was zero care to get it out on the promise time. Haven’t been that frustrated at a place in awhile. Zero care. And with that they said they don’t do refunds when I asked for one…lol
The place had two workers that are excellent. But with the overflow of people that come in there, waiting an hour for my purchase is not fair. Give them help.
Alyssa and Rebecca were excellent in taking care of my concerns and order. Thank you. I have been to many and they are nowhere near as friendly and attentive.
I’ve been all over Charlotte searching for a good smoothie king franchise since I moved from Jacksonville FL. And finally this location is the best one! Rebecca made my smoothie perfect!!
