This was a first for me, but hopefully it ll stop workers for upcharging items on the menu. I ordered a 20 oz gladiator, i made sure they got my 20 oz order by the window, but by the time i got my smoothie it was a 20 oz but they charged me for a 32 on my receipt. I get the re trying to make money but i want what i asked for. Then i go inside and asked the manager about this and one of the boys said it wasnt my receipt i got, it was another receipt. Always a great experience, staff and owner very friendly. 10 out of 10.
The staff are always very friendly and the drive through is very quick and efficient making this Smoothie King the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast in the morning. The inside of the Smoothie King is always very clean and well kept as well.
I love getting my smoothie bowls from here but they always mess up my order . the pb swizzle comes with peanut butter and I like to add chocolate hazel nut as well but they always think it’s a substitute even when I specifically say it . it’s happened way too often
