I came in today wanting a protein shake, Cynthia recommended me the vanilla gladiator with strawberries and raspberries, and I get it every single day because of her. On Sunday, 2/8, I experienced unprofessional and inappropriate conduct from a younger female employee at this location. I arrived in uniform to pick up a paid delivery order and provided the customer’s name. The employee questioned my legitimacy, demanded to see my device, and after I showed it, stated she “had a bad vibe” about me despite no inappropriate words or actions on my part.
