I only frequent a few Smoothie Kings in the city, but Chicago Ridge is my fave! My order is always perfect
Just a,great place!!
Worse customer service ever. Repeated order several times and still got it wrong. Was also overcharged pointed it out and the response was "I'm unable to correct it. You need the manager and he's not here " just another reminder that just because someplace is conveniently located doesn't means its going to be convenient for you. Will definitely go to other locations before I repeat this experience.
Overall I always have a good experience here but this time i don’t know why most of my drinks came half way. If im paying money I would want it to be filled at least to the top
