My daughter and I were Refused Service from both workers on duty currently at 3pm on Ash Wed 3/5/25 because they claimed to be unable to make a specific smoothie with coconut sorbet added to it. Very Rude & unprofessional girls. I'm visiting from Chicago and this behavior is unacceptable. I walked out and left at thY point! They are giving Smoothie King a bad Look.
I go to this smoothie king because of the blend of the smoothie and taste customer service and friendliness.
All I can say is the staff, the blends and the customer whomever the manager that has taken over kudos to you… everything has fallen into place.
The best smoothie king on the east bank me and my wife love this smoothie king. The staff very friendly and helpful we’ve never had smoothies as much as we come to this smoothie king. The stores brightness and cleanliness.
Ms.Shontell and her team are the absolute best. This lady and her team sweeps in front of the store and the cleanliness is top tier. The staff we love them down here in the French quarter. The blends and taste of our smoothies are always awesome.
