This location is a favorite of mine!! The staff that I interact with are so nice and kind! Specifically, Yehada (spelling) who takes care of me every time I am there and has my order memorized now!! :) :)
Literally sat at the box to order smoothies for over 17 minutes. After saying hello several times nobody answered. A worker even came outside to take the trash out and still didn’t answer me. 2 out of 5 times you’ll get decent service here.
It’s been over an hour for an order of 2 smoothies, and it’s still not ready. How is this possible?
Rude Manager. If you hate your job find a better job. When I pay extra money for a product and I dont get the product as stated so I ask for something else and you give me an attitude- you clearly don't have the wherewithal to be a manager. I'll try this place another time to see if service has improved. I feel bad for the person working under the manager at this location. The stress level at this location (#1488) is through the roof.
