After a workout, place to go for a protein shake
I love smoothie king, but this location, in particular, continues to give us trouble. They are out of a large portion of ingredients more than half of the time I come here, and the staff often aren't paying attention to the drive thru, and I have had to wait over 5 minutes for a response, then for them to still get my order wrong.
Waited almost 30 minutes for a smoothie. I normally go to the location closer to my house but was out running errands. Was asked for my receipt after waiting about 15 mins. This was all after I had paid (I would have left) then to get a smoothie, larger than expected… that tasted like ice with protein. I get this smoothie 2-3x a week. I know exactly what it taste like. Wasted time & money.
My girlfriend tried to order through drive-throuth at this location and was denied and told that they were closed when it was 8:58PM. Now I understand that it was 2 minutes before closing but me working in the hospitality and food industry can say that whoever denied service should be fired or suspended, absolutely awful.
Place looks dirty.
