Ordered a smoothie on the app, and the location was closed. I was unable to get a refund. Terrible experience.
Love this place but sometimes its closed when it should be open. Sometimes they run out of ice. I've ordered on the app only to walk to the store and it is closed! ( Didn't get my money back) Sometimes they want the pedestrians to stand in the drive thru lane to order. This place needs to close down!! Very disappointing 😕 😞 😔!!
Ordered from this store one time, online said OPEN got to the store was CLOSED. I emailed about the situation and never got a response. I will never visit this location again, actually after this experience, I stopped going to smoothie king all together. A very disappointing, unprofessional experience --to spend my money online, go to pickup my order, store is closed, and when I contact to ask why it was closed no response. 🙃
Locked the doors 15 minutes before closing time.
Show up an hour 20 minutes before close and they’re closed. Workers inside, drive thru locked up. Nice.
