Disappointed. I 'have been to this location twice now. Both times have been a disaster in getting my orders correct. The first time the flavor of one of the smoothies was so. Terrible and overpowering that it had a bad aftertaste. I brought this up after just one sip and asked for them to remake it and and was told that I would have pay for another drink. The young lady working on 8/26 on the morning shift needs to take her earbud out. She misheard me 3 times and the gentleman after me clearly said NOT to use his points and she did anyway. I heard him and I was sitting near the door. So for her not to hear him is an issue.
