If I could give less than one star, I would. The service at this location was terrible and the person inside took longer than needed to fulfill the orders for the customers inside the store. When asked, how much longer it would be? She said that her order of priority was drive thru customers, then online customers, and last were the customers inside the store. We waited over half an hour for two banana boat smoothies. Don't ever go inside. If you must go there, go hrough the drive thru.

I placed an order online at 7:40 am. It showed where it had been debited from my account, but the order has not gone through online. I called the location and asked if they had an online order for me and I was told no so I drove to the location at 7:52 attempted to order through the drive-through and was told they will be opening in 10 minutes. I visited this store as I have a few times. I ordered the Chicken Pesto flatbread along with a smoothie and yogurt bowl. When I left and checked my food, I noticed there was no pesto or tomatoes on it, so I went back to the store to request that it be re-made. That’s when they informed me that they were out of pesto etc… I then asked for a refund and they said that I would have to do it on the app. After checking the app I didn’t see where O could request a refund.
