A lady who was working said “Sorry we are closed” at 8:00? And I said “it says here you close at 10” she proceeds to lie and say “that’s for the summer in early April and may” than I said “Ma’am it’s April” this lady was lazy to take my order
*Ask for your receipt at this location; stealing* Staff lost my order; Had to reorder at the window. Staff added a 15% tip onto my order WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, aka STEALING. Staff did not want to identify a manager when asked to correct my bill. Staff did not apologize for this occurrence. Smoothie is watered down, and flavorless. Overall terrible experience, would've called the police had they not issued my refund, for the portion they STOLE, in cash. Not sure what is going on at this location but I will not be returning.
