I’m writing this review because I genuinely want this location to thrive! My first complaint is the drive thru isn’t functional, although a good idea it’s a logistical nightmare for customers and employees. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru,I decided to go in thinking it would be quicker only to find 2.. 2 whole people working. Was in drive through for 22 minutes just to get a watered down smoothie. It tastes like I’m drinking a flavorless icee. Won’t be returning. The car in front of me and behind me pulled off without getting their orders. The young lady didn’t even apologize for the wait.
