First you close at 9pm so why are you locking the doors at 830. Second you can see them in there laughing when I’m just trying to order something while I’m working a 10 hour shift. Third it shouldn’t take that long to get a simple shake when there is nobody else in the restaurant. Train them better.
Set a window in Chesterfield Michigan store for 10 minutes and they see me sitting there and then when other cars pulled in behind me then they said I had to go to the window to order first! Obviously, I missed the order window and then they refuse to let me order! Such bad Customer Service my mistake that I missed the window. I didn’t see it but they seen me.
Upon arrival into the store, the music was blaring like I was at a club in downtown Detroit. It was so loud I couldn’t even hear to order or hear what the other the other redhead girl behind the counter was stating the redhead also had a very shitty attitude, making a snares underneath her breath and everything else the blonde who made the drink was the one who had the radio up and turned up high.
