How do you have a line with 6 people working and 2 people inside. I waited at the drive thru for 10 min just to go inside and order. And then seing everybody in there screaming and telling each other about their weekend endeavors absolutely ridiculous
Rude staff in the drive thru today. Attitude problem and i immediately took my drink and dumped in the trash. I don’t like when employees are rude makes me think they did something to my drink. Not a good feeling
It took over 20 minutes to get my order. There was a line of cars and the employees were joking around with each other.
I was just there ready to order 2 slim n trim mango greens - waited over 10min at the counter and was not acknowledged by any of the 2 attendees. Not a “hello” , not a “I will be right with you” nothing, I was completely ignored the whole time. So disappointed that my husband and I were not able to enjoy our smoothies.
Totally a bad experience in this place, especially because of the employees who are not interested in serving customers. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to take my order and no employee ever did or even said hello. Only one car in DT. I decided to go somewhere else, which is a shame because you are the ones who lose business with this type of employees. *** Owner, if you read this, something wrong is happening in this store **
