What’s the point of me making a mobile order, allowing the allotted 15 minutes a longer, get here and it’s still not ready?
I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru only to be told at 8:20 that they were closed at 8. Online it states open til 9. I called as I pulled around to the front of the building to check the hours and was told they were open til 9. I came inside to only wait another 30 before even being talked to. Im usually happy with the services but customer services today was very poor. 3/25/2025 8:46pm.
The customer service at this place is horrible, wait times are excessively painful and the team here don't seem to care much for the fast in fast food. This is my second time here and still the same when you go through the drive through its a horrific waiting game when you drive up. Thryvasknypu to wait and maybe won't get back to you until the other order is complete just don't make sense then to wait 5 to 10 mins along driving up to the window as well then waiting on your bowl or shake another 5 or 10 mins needless to say ... read more
I’m from NY and I stopped in here (2/19) on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised by the two young men working in here. Super friendly, charismatic and knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good staff these days. And they made an excellent smoothie! Thank you!
