Went in today and ordered 2 smoothies both the same way! Hulk, extra strawberry, extra turbinodo, no hulk blend. I had to repeat that order 4 times to the young lady at the register. The young man that made the first smoothie had to re make it so he took the smoothie from me poured it back into the blender, added my extras that weren't added the first time, re blended it and served it back to me. All this after I had already drink out of it! The 2nd smoothie was made by another young lady and it's horrible so I just threw it... read more
Don't go. They just opened already nasty attitudes and old ingredients. #annoyed

Recently, I had an encounter with the manager... and she was nothing BUT rude. Screaming into the phone, yelling at the workers while I'm on the other end..and more. There was 0 professionalism in the way she was speaking, nor did she try and resolve the issue at hand. It was ridiculous, and ruined the rest of my day. Nobody should ever talk to a paying customer like that. The workers were very rude too, no greeting, no sense of urgency, it was an awful experience.
