My favorite smoothie king. The manager Sheila is awesome great energy. Always a great morning visit.
Recently, I had an encounter with the manager... and she was nothing BUT rude. Screaming into the phone, yelling at the workers while I'm on the other end..and more. There was 0 professionalism in the way she was speaking, nor did she try and resolve the issue at hand. It was ridiculous, and ruined the rest of my day. Nobody should ever talk to a paying customer like that. The workers were very rude too, no greeting, no sense of urgency, it was an awful experience.
Order accuracy and timeliness has suffered lately. Add on the fact that the tip option is shoved in you face has really made the experience less than enjoyable.

Waited over 30 minutes for a smoothie. It’s always something with this location. Going to another location going forward. This Location consistently slow and no one is inside
