Awesome service from this staff EVERYTIME!! Great energy and speedy service. They repeat my order to me EVERYTIME. They even tried to help me remember what I got when I forgot. Love this place for my weekly smoothies!! Oh and they have a drive thru window as well which is bad ass!!
I always have a great experience at this location in Allen, TX!!! Travis is the absolutely BEST and should be recognized for his friendly, jovial and respectful demeanor. Impeccable customer service is what I look for when I’m out and about and I experience it each time I visit. I took a chance and tried the new pickle smoothie and it was very delicious. Too bad it will be for a limited time.
I normally love coming to Smoothie King because the food and smoothies are always great, and honestly that’s the main reason I’m even giving two stars instead of one. The quality of the food today was perfect like always, so no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. The girl who attended us was terribly rude to me when I ordered….acted completely put out when I dared to ask questions, then treated me with disdain at the payment window. The experience was bad enough that I don’t feel like going there again.
