I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and realized the mistake immediately. I contacted the store right away, but they refused to refund the order, even though it was for a single drink that had not been picked up. What was most disappointing was the response from Quinton, the franchise owner, who told me they couldn’t “eat the cost” of one drink. I SAT IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES TODAY RIDICULOUS WHOEVER WAS ON THE STAFF NEEDS MORE TRAINING RIDICULOUS. AND CURRENTLY IM STILL IN LINE!
Awesome service from this staff EVERYTIME!! Great energy and speedy service. They repeat my order to me EVERYTIME. They even tried to help me remember what I got when I forgot. Love this place for my weekly smoothies!! Oh and they have a drive thru window as well which is bad ass!!
I always have a great experience at this location in Allen, TX!!! Travis is the absolutely BEST and should be recognized for his friendly, jovial and respectful demeanor. Impeccable customer service is what I look for when I’m out and about and I experience it each time I visit. I took a chance and tried the new pickle smoothie and it was very delicious. Too bad it will be for a limited time.
