Employee making my shake has his huge Afro hanging right over the blender jug as he's adding my ingredients. If his hair is going to be that long and dangling right over my food, then he NEEDS TO WEAR A HAIR NET. At one point as he was reaching to scoop ingredients, his hair tips from the front were inside the jug opening. PLEASE DO BETTER YOUNG MAN AND TRY TO LOOK PROFESSIONAL AT WORK, INSTEAD OF LOOKING LIKE YOU DON'T EVEN CARE!
Extremely disappointing experience. I stopped by this Smoothie King because it’s close to my home and honestly expected much better service. I ordered 3 flatbreads and was told there were none available at the moment and apparently the oven was off as well. On top of that, the smoothies took a long time to come out and tasted terrible, almost like way too much ice had been added. The quality was nowhere near what I expect from Smoothie King. This has become a regular stop for me, the staff is incredible, timely and the smoothies are awesome!! 10/10 recommend this location.
