I was in the drive thru for 8 min nobody in line infront of me and I had to ask 3 times before someone took my order. The sat at the other window for about 8 min as well (Woodstock)

Smoothies at this location are always perfect! Cup is always filled to the top, with no leftovers in the blender. I have always had friendly service at this location. Zion goes above & beyond when waiting on customers.

I never write reviews but the customer service here is ridiculous. I walk in and I am not even greeted with a “hello” or “welcome in”. I was standing at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order (it was not busy at all by the way, I was the only one in there), and they never took my order. They were too busy talking to each other instead of taking my order. One of them even looks at me multiple times instead of even speaking to me. I stopped by at 8:30 p.m. to purchase a smoothie, as the posted closing time is 9:00 p.m. However, the doors were locked while the ‘Open’ sign remained on. Staff members inside saw me standing at the door but did not acknowledge or assist me. This was very disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure business hours are honored moving forward.
