I come here all the time and the customer service is starting to go down hill …. Diamond would usually helps me and get my order great when others would mess it up or not understand what I’m asking for but lately I haven’t been seen her and the new employees are rude especially the Hispanic female I order my smoothie and requested a foam cup when I told her I asked for it she didn’t say anything she just slammed the window shut and walked away . Not understanding why it takes long to get your order when I’m the only person in drive through. I’m pissed…. First off the long wait cause me late for work. I had plenty time to make this stop at Smoothie King but wasn’t expecting to be in line almost 15 minutes for my smoothie and chicken bites. I had to get someone attention to inform I can’t continue this long wait and told her I have to go. I didn’t get my chicken bites , only my smoothie. Please address this matter. Took 9 minutes to take my order w/only one person in front of me. 5 minutes in, one staff member acknowledged us & said they would be with us soon. No sense of urgency and no apologies about the wait. Opted to go inside after hearing drive through could be slow but inside is even slower.
