I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit. Today’s experience was very disappointing and not up to the usual standard at this location. My husband and I waited in line for an unusually long time, and the employee taking orders over the speaker was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not a good experience.
3rd time in at this location. (Sorry for the spelling!!) Riniah was fabulous. I had a lot of out of the norm questions and she was very patient with me. My app also wasn't allowing me to apply my coupon and the location pulled through for me Thank y'all!
It took over 20 min to get a smoothie. The flavor was bad not what it normally is. The employee making the smoothie had bandages on her finger wasn't wearing any gloves her cloths was dirty. The employee was apologetic for how long they were taking.
I travel around the Houston area for sales. This is by far my favorite location. Granted it is a newer location, the employees are everything. Every employee is friendly and make you feel like a regular!
