After making an online order , they waited till I got there to tell me they missing ingredients. So I change my order and come to receive my smoothie without a lid cause they ran out. This ain’t on the workers. This on the establishment. The workers was nice , but the owner didn’t prep the store for success today.
For a location that closes at 9pm, it’s interesting that the employees will tell people they’re closed at 8:50 pm. Probably shouldn’t have the “Open” light on either.
I went in and absolutely no one attended me. Completely empty. I even said hello, waited a few minutes and nothing.
I’d give zero stars if possible. I can get over rude customer service texting/scrolling moving slower than molasses. I draw the line at bits of ingesting bits of plastic and god knows what else in food service. I get a smoothie from a smoothie king everyday for myself and regularly for my daughter. They are lucky my daughter didn’t want one today. Same thing everyday. I know what a 32oz pineapple surf with multi vitamin, gladiator strawberry protein,gut health supplement and turbinado taste like…. Idk what she made- based of... read more
