Love it
Some of the most incompetent people working here. Had a simple order just a few minutes ago of 3 smoothies, all the same kind, and an egg and cheese protein box. COULD NOT, figure it out. Got the order confused 3 times when repeating it back, asked us to repeat the order. So we repeat the order, then they have us sit in silence for a minimum of 5 minutes. We gave it 2 more minutes and said “never mind, forget it.” Good lord who are you hiring here? Manager on duty to blame too for not stepping in to help!
Worker had a shitty attitude and my smoothie tastes terrible.
Has limited staff. Staff is not focused on customer service and more focused on socializing.
Place is clean, smoothies are good. Customer service is terrible. no one greets you. theyll stare and give you dirty looks instead.
