I placed a mobile order at 1:04. Drove to the place and sat in line for almost 15 minutes. Finally got up to the window, only to find out that they didn’t have my order. I was asked to show my confirmation email, and I told them my name three times. They apologized and told me to pull up to the door on the side of the building, saying they would “bring it out in one minute”. Sat for another 5 minutes before they finally brought it out.
