I always hate having to leave a bad review of an establishment, especially one that I had enjoyed going to previously. However, I feel that not at least warning others who might want to find a quick bite would be much better served by heading the next door down to BigDash for a sweet treat or possibly ChopHouse for a fresh juice or smoothie. Ordered a drink today online at 10ish when they opened, and when i went to go pick it up at like 10:30 there was no one there and the door was locked. I waited until about 11/11:30 to see if they were open yet so I could get a refund, and when i brought that up they were incredibly rude. They refused to give a refund, they hadnt/wouldnt make my drinks/toast, didnt offer any type of store credit or compensation, and then refused to give me any manager information so I could talk to them. Terrible experience. I placed an order online 10 minutes after opening. And no one was there when I arrived. Doors were locked. I went back 40 minutes later. Still no one. Later my friend went who also placed an order and was told they didn't know how to do a return. So basically this is theft. I want my money back
Great customer service!!! Ace and Rockie was great. The smoothie was good the bowl was awesome!!!!!!
You could tell it had been a while since they had swept. The cashier wasn’t pleasant & she shorted me on my change. The other gal called me sir when I am clearly a woman!!
