Unprofessional…. I got the wrong order and they didn’t wanna change it or give me my money back even though they messed it up and got it wrong
I love chocolate hazelnut toast it’s the best
We walked in 20 mins before closing and were turned away by the staff at this location saying they weren't taking any more customers. It is company policy to take customers until they close so I am very disappointed in the service at this location. My husband and I were needing a smoothie and a juice and it would have taken less than 15 minutes to serve us.
