The quality of customer service literally use to depend on what shift you catch. But it doesn't matter anymore. They rush making your smoothies and rather give you a shaky watery smoothie. They are not made rite at all. There is one black female work evening shift that does not greet you and could care less about custom service. It sucks going here spending your money and expecting good service but always get the opposite

I typically like to frequent this location because it was always pleasant and tasted amazing. However, recently the employees did not show any sign of customer service. In a day where AI is taking so much from people including jobs, I would think a little decent customer service would be displayed. Terrible attitudes. Everyone seems to hate working there. Slow. Put you shake on the counter, do not say a word, no eye contact, just walk away.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. The employee at the drive-thru was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even tell me the cost of my order—just told me to pull up without any basic courtesy. When I got to the window, the attitude continued, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. A simple smile, clear communication, and basic professionalism go a long way, but unfortunately, this location seems to lack all of the above.
