I had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. The employee at the drive-thru was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even tell me the cost of my order—just told me to pull up without any basic courtesy. When I got to the window, the attitude continued, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. Very good place and quick service. Enough open space they have and best thing is they have drive through.
When I initially approached the speaker, I asked the rep for a moment to review the board. When I proceeded with my order, she was not paying attention and I had prompt. When I got to the window, the cashier reached out with the credit card swiper without reading back my order. When I asked for the order details, part of it was incorrect.
