Let me start by saying, I am not at all a smoothie person. BUT as I’m starting my weight loss/ getting back in the gym journey I have been looking for different ways to get my protein intake in. I stopped by to try one of the GLP smoothies being that I have not been to smoothie King in what has to be God knows when ‼️And I was absolutely pleased with the service and how delicious this smoothie was definitely will be coming back🤙
I have been patronizing this location for a decade, however, the past couple of months I have driven out of my way to purchase from other locations due to the male managers with the glasses passive aggressive nature. I went to purchase a bowl and he kept telling me the store does not accept online gift cards, when I used the exact same gift card yesterday and last week. So apparently management has taken it upon themselves to portion control and delegate certain size spoons for toppings on the toast and acai bowls leaving the toast to be left looking nothing like the picture! Wish I had taken a picture before going back in to ask for more toppings! Dear Management don’t be cheap, increase the quantity of your weekly fruit orders to match your demands 🙄
I've posted a review of this location before, and it wasn't positive. This establishment is always clean, but the staff I experienced before wasn't the best. However, I was in town and decided to get a smoothie. Upon walking, I was greeted by Carrie. She was professional and made you feel welcome. This wasn't the case with the previous staff, who were there every time I went. She took my order and made my favorite smoothie (Lemon Twist Strawberry).
Just visited today (Friday). Opted to not do the free upgrade and use my reward dollars instead. Set it all up on my app and paid. The reward wasn't applied. Saw it when I looked at my receipt and the associates said there wasn't really anything they could do and advised me to just take the extra points.....so I didn't get the promotion and paid full price and they just said "oh well". Taking my app off of auto pay and pretty frustrated to have rewards I can't seem to use. Still a good smoothie but bad service not problem so... read more
