Just visited today (Friday). Opted to not do the free upgrade and use my reward dollars instead. Set it all up on my app and paid. The reward wasn't applied. Saw it when I looked at my receipt and the associates said there wasn't really anything they could do and advised me to just take the extra points.....so I didn't get the promotion and paid full price and they just said "oh well". Very clean, quick service, just nice in general.
I love smoothie king. I buy it daily. I be spending over $100 a week. I love the bowls. I showed up at this location 12 min before closing. Meaning it’s still OPEN!!! They refuse to sell me a bowl. They said they had “just” stopped selling them. I drove 35 min since this is the closest location to me just for them to not sell me a bowl. Close early but don't stay open and refuse to sell items in the menu when there is NOTHING stating that after a certain time, they won’t sell certain items.
I came in the other day while in the area and I met the most charming worker ever, his name was Malachi and he was so helpful!
The smoothies are always fresh, made perfectly, and taste amazing every single time. What really stands out is that they always seem to be fully staffed, so service is quick and efficient—even during busy hours.
