This location has changed so much, I work at the convention center and come here on daily, the manager and team are always ready to help me find something new every day.
Ordered online and walked up to the pickup area with no one in line. The lady working proceeded to take 5 or 6 orders and make them before making mine. I was supposed to receive my order at 5:56 pm and finally was walking away at 6:15 pm. When I asked about it she told me they needed to take care of the people in line first. Terrible customer service.
Nyla had great customer service
Hustled to this location at 5:30pm on a Sunday; knowing they closed at 6pm. Girlfriend just finished working out and wanted something refreshing/rewarding. Was told they were closed. Disappointing because my gf was not in a good mood afterwards. Additionally, there were hundreds of thousands of people in town for a marquee artist and who knows how much business was lost if others were told similar.
The best smoothies ever. Customer service feels like family, they are the best.
