They never have the orders ready when you order online. You show up to pick up you’re order nobody ever acknowledges you till there ready, and there’s usually 4 people working here. Never coming here again they don’t care about there customers here. Been a customer for years of smoothie king not anymore had the same problem multiple times.
The drink i ordered was Delish.
They have been taking forever to take your order. Don’t do drive thru…or don’t do this Smoothie King. 🥴
I ordered ahead through the mobile app to pick it up on my way to work to get there and find out only half my order was done. The 2 employees working stood there going back and forth about who was supposed to make it. Needless to say the mobile order pick up took just as long as going through the drive thru and not convenient at all.
