Always a fast, professional and delicious experience when I go to smoothie king
Very horrible experience with the guy with the black dreads when he was taking my order he didn’t speak back when i spoke it also felt like he snatched my money out my hand i found his hair in my smoothie his attitude was TERRIBLE worst experience ever and i always get great customer service from every one else but him i asked for his name when i told him i didnt like the smoothie he wouldn’t tell me . fixing people smoothie he shouldn’t have his hair hanging down all over his face because people hair sheds all the time
Ordered a drink via app and selected no almond milk. I took few sips as I walked to the car and started having an allergic reaction. I went back in asked the guy what's the sub for almond milk, he said water. He said the lady did use milk and maybe my reaction is to the Greek yogurt. I advised him I'm not allergic to dairy, I'm allergic to almonds and showed him my order on the app. He immediately remade my drink. Quick recovery but thank goodness my allergy has a mild onset. Convenience isn't always convenient.
