Good evening, Appreciate you taking the time to hear about my recent issue with Smoothie King (#1671) I’m a regular customer at this particular location and since they’ve changed store managers the quality of customer service has significantly declined. Today I purchased a 20oz and the cashier walked off after I paid and didn’t even hand me my receipt. Also, she went to the back area and had me wait 15 minutes before I got my smoothie made. The shakes always taste like water. Avoid. I’ve gone a few times now just to see if going at a different time would help and it doesn’t. Sucks because I drive to a farther location to get smoothie kings.
