Worse experienced ever at the Rosenberg location. Have ordered the same customized smoothie dozens of times but apparently today there was inexperienced staff working. Never did get the smoothie requested and employee had to call someone to figure out how to provide a refund. Strongly suggest additional staff training on customer service and how to work the register.

The manger Marco. He is bad, they under serve you and use less than what they are suppose too. They use peanut butter than the recipe. He yells at his employees and they can’t even sit down. Horrible place
