The little Mexican lady that hardly speaks English needs an attitude adjustment! Didn’t get a hello or Thanku or even a bye! She gave me the stink eye and starring me down before I drove off.

I've been a regular at Smoothie King and have always appreciated the quality of their smoothies and the convenience of ordering ahead. However, during my recent visit, I was surprised to be charged for an extra small cup —a request that has been accommodated without charge in the past. This inconsistency in service was disappointing and has made me reconsider returning. I hope the management addresses this issue to maintain the trust of their loyal customers.
