The manager Marco is so rude and horrible to his employees. Yelling at them, threatening to fire them in front of customers for having good customer service, and treating them like garbage. It’s so sad to see and not to mention, demeaning to his team members! That’s not how you treat people who make sure your store earns money each day. Corporate needs to look into him and interview his employees individually about their experiences with him.
Love this location! I stopped by for a refresh, and the manager, Marco, recommended the Chocolate Hulk🥤absolutely delicious and surprisingly healthy! The store is very clean, and the staff is super friendly. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!
Bought a smoothie bowl that was a bit sweeter than normal and asked for a cup of water and was told no. Just flat out no. Then said you can buy a bottle of water. I didn’t know there were actually places that served food and beverages and did have water for customers.
