I ordered a 32oz pineapple surf again today - my second one in about two months and they still have not updated the price that is posted at the drive-thru. The first time this happened I told the person at the window and she said she'd 'give me a discount' rather than saying she would honor the price. Today the same thing but the girl said 'they recently changed the prices'. Smoothie was tasty and I was out of there pretty quickly but what you are charged does not reflect the prices posted.

Rude staff and watered down smoothies. They also added their own tip without my knowledge or permission. I asked for extra peanut butter and they didn't add it but still got charged.
Apparently they don’t at 9pm they close at 8:30. There were workers still in there but had the doors locked and drive through closed AT 8:30pm!!! What a shame, probably shouldn’t promote that they stay open till 9pm when they do not…
Worst smoothie king I have been too. Every time I have gone to this location they are short staff so no bowls can be made!! Well why have stuff on the menu if it’s not ever available for the customers because of your staffing issue!! There was no line in the drive through and the young girl said she can’t sell bowls because it would cause a line.
