I ordered one smoothie. The drive thru was taking long. When I got to the window they asked me what my order was and then proceeded to ring it in. What was the point of me ordering before I got to the window. They had me pay and I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes still with no smoothie.
Sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes waiting for two items. Food is great. Smoothies are great, service has gone down hill.
Was in line for 35 minutes after placing my order online
The worst drive thru I have ever been to. 30 minutes to get a smoothie. Terrible.
Other location didnt have multiple basic ingredients. Neither did this location. They offered to buy a smoothie if we didnt admit it to corporate. Then were dismissive about frustration.. no way to run a business.
