Love the smoothies and protein option snacks.
This is the slowest smoothie king ever. All the times I've came here I've had to wait to order and then wait for them to come take my cars and then wait EVEN LONGER for them to make the smoothie. Why is this one so damn slow.
I recently visited the Smoothie King on Huebner and went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We waited over 10 minutes for just two smoothies, What stood out most was that the young man with facial hair didn’t apologize for the wait or acknowledge it at all ,he simply took the payment without any courtesy or communication. Customer service goes a long way, especially when there’s a delay. A simple apology or friendly attitude would have made a big difference…
Staff does NOT care about losing sales here. I came here with my students to get acai bowls and kindly asked the staff to sample the acai before ordering 10+ bowls. Employees here did not want to give me a sample despite telling them I had a large order and just wanted to see how the flavor was and they would not even put a drop on a spoon to let me taste it. I walked out and they did not care. Management- your staff here does not care to help customers nor about losing sales
Stores really clean, all the workers are very polite and I never have to wait just straight in and out
