Great services, and fast
The young lady who took our order acted as though she didn't hear us ask if we had any money on our account. Usually once our app is scanned they always tell us how much money we have on our account! This young lady ignored us. We will be back because we love Smoothie King❤️
No response from management July 2026. Staff does NOT care about losing sales here. I came here with my students to get acai bowls and kindly asked the staff to sample the acai before ordering 10+ bowls. Employees here did not want to give me a sample despite telling them I had a large order and just wanted to see how the flavor was and they would not even put a drop on a spoon to let me taste it. I walked out and they did not care. Management- your staff here does not care to help customers nor about losing sales
I don’t typically right reviews, but I didn’t have a pleasant experience. One the staff clearly was new but he didn’t even acknowledge me, was super inconsiderate just opened the window and shoved the toast in my face. The smoothie was all watered down, and toast was basically just plain toasts, had barley any Nutella or no fruit
