What a truly miserable experience. I made a quick stop at this location, as I happened to be across the water from my usual spot in Newburgh. I ordered two smoothies using the mobile app and expected them to be ready, but instead, I was forced to wait an extra 20 minutes -a total of 30 minutes for just two drinks. Avoid at all cost. Employee Emily is hostile and overly rude. And order after waiting 20 minutes was wrong
Almost 20 minutes for a smoothie! Just put it in a blender hit on and wait 10 seconds Unreal!!!!
Over expensive and staff wasnt very helpful and on top of that seemed annoyed by my presence.
