Not my first time at this location but today the black women this morning was very rude and didn’t make my bowl how I wanted.
Chantilly at store #2016 was amazing and the smoothie was even better! Great job!
Love these smoothies when visiting Florida from Mass. But store #2016 was disappointing. The cashier, who was also the store manager, shorted me $1 and change for some reason. Not a huge deal plus I didn’t notice until after I dropped the change she did give me into the tip jar so I don’t say anything. They also served 5 people, who ordered after us, before doing our order. Very frustrating.
The store manager always goes over and beyond for each customer. She has stellar customer service skills. She’s very attentive and polite. I enjoy obtaining my smoothie from this location. She works really hard. Stacy
