I ordered though the app and accidently put in the wrong location . They were actually closed when I would arrive but the gentlemen (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name ) when I called on the phone to tell them I was coming and the confusion of locations was extremely understanding and pleasant . Him and another young lady were there when I arrived and they didn’t make me feel like I inconvenienced them at all . Which I knew I did and I’m so sorry . The lady at the front is extremely helpful everytime
Customer service very bad!!! Didn’t help me build a smoothie or give any ideas for my first time ever ordering a smoothie. Or recommend any other products that u sell at the store.very bad customer service.will not return to this an recommended u going to that store for a first time.
Customer service is fantastic at this location just needs to be two people here but she did her thang she multitask so good.
