I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to say something today. I come here almost every day, and I’ve noticed the same young woman (light-skinned, small braids) sitting on the counter at the front, which comes across as very unprofessional. At first, I noticed her mumbling under her breath, including what sounded like cursing, or listening to music, but it was hard to tell. I did not catch the young lady who assisted me in placing my order name. She has burgundy braids. She was really pleasant and very thorough with my order. Shamefully, her pleasantness really caught me off guard, as exceptional customer service is really hard to find but she is one of the few.
Smoothie was amazing and Shnyah was definitely a great help when it came to making a decision (I’m a indecisive girl sometimes)
