I ordered my food for pickup but when I got there there was nobody inside, I waited until someone came out. I took my order and left, once I got home I opened both smoothie bowl just to see a bunch of concentrated bubbles on my smoothies. Whoever made the bowls did so with expired fruits and did not care at all. Half the topping was missing and I had to threw both of them out the trash can.
This smoothie king stays closing early. Made it to the door at 840PM. The guy had the door locked and headphones on.
I ordered two 32oz smoothies. They made small ones by mistake, then dumped the contents into a blender, added extra ice to stretch them, and poured them into 32oz cups. I watched it happen and felt completely insulted by how dishonest it was — especially when I believe the manager came out to handle it. I left both drinks on the counter, walked out, and didn’t even ask for a refund. My workplace sends them a lot of business, but we won’t be returning.
